Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee's role is grant-funded and requires alignment with a specific project evaluation cycle, or if they are completing a sector-specific qualification.
Duties, Role, and Exclusivity
The Employee delivers their designated function in service of the organisation's charitable objectives. Outside employment or board positions that create conflicts of interest with the nonprofit's mission, funders, or beneficiaries require disclosure and written consent.
