Real Estate Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a real estate agency or property management company conducting sales, lettings, valuations, and property management services, and the Employee. The business serves residential and commercial property markets, employing sales negotiators, lettings managers, property managers, valuers, and administrative staff who operate under regulatory oversight.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date, governed by applicable employment law and property industry regulations. This contract constitutes the complete agreement.

Real estate work involves visiting client properties, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, managing tenant relationships, and complying with property legislation including tenancy deposit protection, anti-money laundering checks, and estate agency transparency requirements. The Employee commits to maintaining any required professional registrations.

A three-month probation applies. For sales staff, the Employer evaluates property valuation accuracy, listing presentation quality, viewing-to-offer conversion rates, and compliance with estate agency transparency regulations. For lettings and property management, assessment covers tenant vetting thoroughness, inventory report quality, and rent collection efficiency.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks addresses the Employee's market knowledge, pipeline development, CRM usage discipline, and professionalism during negotiations and client interactions.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension is available if the Employee is completing a property qualification (NFOPP, ARLA, RICS membership) or requires further exposure to commercial property transactions.
