Smoothie Bar Employment Contract Generator

This contract is agreed between the Employer, operating a smoothie bar serving blended fruit drinks, acai bowls, protein shakes, and wellness shots from its retail location, and the Employee named herein. The business caters to a health-focused customer base and requires staff who can prepare nutrient-dense beverages quickly and accurately.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date. The smoothie bar's operations are governed by food safety regulations and the employment laws of the applicable jurisdiction. This agreement represents the complete terms of the Employee's engagement.

The role involves continuous handling of fresh and frozen fruits, protein supplements, and common allergens including tree nuts, dairy, and soy. The Employee accepts these conditions and commits to following allergen management procedures at all times.

Probation runs for three months. The Employer evaluates the Employee's blending speed and consistency, knowledge of nutritional add-ons and their benefits, allergen cross-contamination prevention, and friendly customer interaction in a fast-turnover retail environment.

Either party may terminate during probation with statutory notice. A review after six weeks will assess recipe accuracy, waste management of perishable fruit stock, and the Employee's confidence recommending drinks tailored to customer fitness or dietary goals.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension of up to three months is available where the Employee needs further training on specialty items such as protein customization, superfood supplements, or seasonal menu launches.
