Oil Change Business Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a quick-lube oil change business providing express oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle maintenance from its drive-through service bays, and the Employee. The business model relies on fast turnaround times, with most services completed in under 30 minutes per vehicle.

The Employee is engaged permanently from the Start Date under the employment laws of the relevant jurisdiction. This contract is the complete agreement between the parties.

Oil change work involves working in service pits or under vehicle lifts, handling used motor oil (a regulated waste product), operating fluid evacuation and dispensing equipment, and processing a high volume of vehicles per shift. The Employee accepts these conditions and follows all waste oil disposal regulations.

A three-month probation period applies. The Employer evaluates the Employee's service speed, drain plug torque accuracy, correct oil grade selection per vehicle specifications, fluid level inspection thoroughness, and customer communication including vehicle condition reporting.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers average service time per vehicle, error rates on filter and oil grade selection, under-car inspection quality, and the Employee's ability to recommend additional services based on manufacturer maintenance schedules.

Permanent status is confirmed after satisfactory probation. Extension may apply if the Employee needs further training on diesel particulate filter servicing, transmission fluid exchange, or coolant system flush procedures.
