Burger Joint Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is entered into between the Employer, a burger restaurant serving smash burgers, gourmet patties, and American-style fast casual food from its trading premises, and the Employee. The business runs a high-throughput kitchen with grill stations, fryers, and a counter service model, requiring crew members trained in food assembly, grilling, and rapid customer turnover.

The Employee joins on a permanent basis from the Start Date. This contract constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding employment terms and is governed by the employment legislation applicable in the Employer's jurisdiction. All prior offers or verbal commitments are superseded.

Burger joint operations demand sustained work near open grills and deep fryers, repetitive assembly tasks during rushes, and strict adherence to cook temperatures for ground beef products. The Employee acknowledges these occupational requirements.

A three-month probationary period applies from the Start Date. The Employer will assess the Employee's grill station speed and patty cook accuracy, burger assembly consistency, food safety compliance (particularly internal temperature checks on beef), and performance during peak lunch and dinner rushes.

Either party may terminate during probation on statutory notice. A review meeting within six weeks will cover the Employee's order accuracy rate, speed of service metrics, fryer safety competence, and integration with the kitchen and counter teams.

Confirmation of permanent status follows successful probation. Extension may be offered if the Employee requires additional training on specialty menu items, allergen protocols for bespoke burger builds, or POS system proficiency.
