Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers grounds maintenance quality, guest interaction and conflict resolution skills, familiarity with the park's booking system, and the Employee's ability to conduct basic repairs on site infrastructure without requiring external tradespeople for routine issues.
Permanent employment follows satisfactory probation. Extension of up to three months may apply where the Employee has not yet worked through a high-season period or requires further training on electrical safety testing for hookup points or swimming pool maintenance procedures.
Duties, Role, and Exclusivity
The Employee manages guest arrivals, maintains pitches and communal areas, conducts facility inspections, and handles minor repair work across the park. On-site accommodation may be provided as part of the role. Outside employment that conflicts with park duties requires written approval.
Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay
Salary is paid monthly in arrears. Where on-site accommodation is provided, its value is accounted for per the statutory accommodation offset rules. Seasonal overtime premiums may apply during peak holiday trading periods.
