Pool Cleaning Service Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a pool cleaning and maintenance service providing regular upkeep, chemical balancing, equipment repair, and seasonal opening and closing services for residential and commercial swimming pools, and the Employee. The business serves homeowners, hotels, fitness centers, and municipal facilities within its service territory.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date, governed by applicable employment legislation. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Pool maintenance involves handling chlorine, muriatic acid, and other hazardous chemicals, operating filtration and pump systems, working outdoors in variable weather, and accessing client properties independently. The Employee accepts these conditions and commits to maintaining relevant chemical handling certifications.

Probation runs for three months. Assessment covers the Employee's water chemistry testing accuracy (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, cyanuric acid), ability to diagnose and resolve common equipment faults (pump failures, filter blockages, heater malfunctions), route management efficiency, and professional interaction with homeowners and facility managers.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A mid-point review addresses the Employee's pool count per route day, chemical usage efficiency, diagnostic skills on pumps and salt chlorinators, and adherence to the company's safety protocols for chemical transport and storage.

Permanent status follows successful probation. Extension is available if the Employee requires further training on commercial pool systems, spa and hot tub maintenance, or pool renovation and resurfacing project management.
