Beauty Salon Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a beauty salon offering a full range of aesthetic and wellness treatments including facials, waxing, massage, lash extensions, brow shaping, and body treatments, and the Employee. The salon employs beauty therapists, aestheticians, and reception staff qualified to deliver services that meet industry standards and client expectations.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date under applicable employment law. This contract forms the complete agreement between the parties.

Beauty therapy involves skin contact with clients, use of electrical equipment (IPL, microcurrent, LED devices), application of cosmetic and chemical products, and maintaining absolute hygiene between treatments. The Employee holds the relevant beauty therapy qualifications and commits to ongoing professional development.

A three-month probation period applies. The Employer evaluates the Employee's treatment technique across the salon's service menu, client consultation and skin analysis accuracy, adherence to contraindication screening procedures, and ability to deliver treatments within the scheduled appointment times without compromising quality.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's client retention and rebooking rates, retail skincare recommendation effectiveness, treatment room preparation standards, and integration with the salon team.

Permanent status follows successful probation. Extension is available if the Employee is completing an advanced aesthetic qualification (laser safety, chemical peels, microneedling) or requires further supervised practice on specific treatment modalities.
