The Employee delivers personal training, teaches group classes, supervises the gym floor, or manages reception as assigned. Private training of gym members outside the facility or employment at a competing gym requires written consent.

Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay

Monthly salary is paid in arrears. Personal training commission may supplement base pay. Staff receive a complimentary gym membership and discounts on retail products. The Employer funds mandatory CPD and certification renewals.

Working Time, Location, and Hours

The gym operates from early morning to late evening. The Employee works a shift rota that may include early, standard, and evening shifts. Weekend classes and holiday opening hours are standard. The workplace is the gym premises.
