Cleaning Service Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a professional cleaning service providing residential and commercial cleaning to homes, offices, and business premises, and the Employee. The company deploys cleaning operatives, team leaders, and quality inspectors to client sites on scheduled and ad-hoc contracts, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date, governed by the employment laws of the applicable jurisdiction. This agreement supersedes all prior offers and represents the full terms of employment.

Cleaning work involves handling chemical products, operating industrial cleaning equipment, working at varying times including early mornings and late evenings, and maintaining client confidentiality when working in private homes and secure office environments. The Employee accepts these conditions as inherent to the role.

A three-month probationary period starts on day one. The Employer assesses the Employee's cleaning quality and thoroughness, time management across multiple client appointments, correct use and dilution of cleaning chemicals per COSHH guidelines, and professional conduct in client premises including respecting privacy and securing property after completing work.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A formal review after six weeks covers client feedback scores, the Employee's ability to follow job sheets accurately, their punctuality record across client appointments, and adherence to the company's uniform and equipment care standards.

Permanent employment follows satisfactory probation. Extension may be offered if the Employee requires additional training on specialist cleaning services such as carpet extraction, window cleaning at height, or biohazard decontamination.
