Statutory minimum notice applies during probation. A structured review at the midpoint covers the Employee's fondant and piping technique, their ability to interpret design consultations into finished products, time management across concurrent orders, and food hygiene compliance.

Permanent status is confirmed after successful probation. Where the Employee needs further experience with tiered wedding cake construction, sugar flower modelling, or airbrushing techniques, the Employer may extend probation by up to three months with written notice.

Working Time, Location, and Hours
