Duties, Role, and Exclusivity

Responsibilities include batch cooking to nutritional specifications, portioning meals, labelling with calorie and allergen data, and coordinating delivery logistics. The Employee must not run a competing meal prep or delivery service without consent.

Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay

Salary is paid monthly in arrears. Staff may take one meal per shift from the daily production run. Performance bonuses linked to packing accuracy and customer satisfaction scores may be awarded quarterly.

Working Time, Location, and Hours
