Motorcycle Repair Shop Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a motorcycle repair shop providing servicing, diagnostics, and repair for motorcycles, scooters, and powersport vehicles, and the Employee. The workshop handles routine maintenance, engine rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, and custom modification work for private riders and dealership trade accounts.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date under applicable employment legislation. This agreement forms the complete terms of the employment relationship.

Motorcycle repair involves working with single-cylinder and multi-cylinder engines, handling fuel systems, operating dynamometers, and lifting heavy components in a workshop environment. The Employee maintains all relevant technical certifications for their role.

A three-month probation applies. The Employer assesses the Employee's diagnostic accuracy across different motorcycle platforms, engine rebuild quality, electrical fault-finding competence, and adherence to manufacturer service schedules and torque specifications.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's repair turnaround times, parts ordering accuracy, workshop cleanliness, and technical competence on both carburetted and fuel-injected systems.

Permanent status follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee is completing a manufacturer-specific training programme or requires further experience on advanced systems such as ride-by-wire, ABS, or traction control diagnostics.
