Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee is completing a preceptorship, specialty training module, or regulatory body portfolio that extends beyond the initial three months.
Duties, Role, and Exclusivity
The Employee performs clinical, therapeutic, care, or administrative duties as specified. All clinical staff maintain their professional registration as a condition of employment. Outside clinical work must not create conflicts of interest or compromise patient safety.
Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay
Salary is paid monthly in arrears, with banding reflecting the Employee's qualifications and experience. The Employer funds mandatory CPD and professional registration fees. Enhanced rates apply for unsocial hours, weekends, and bank holidays.
Working Time, Location, and Hours
