Towing Company Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a towing company providing roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, accident scene clearance, and transport services, and the Employee. The company operates flatbed trucks, wheel-lift tow trucks, and heavy-duty recovery vehicles to serve private motorists, insurance companies, police authorities, and commercial fleet operators.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date, governed by applicable employment legislation. This agreement is the complete statement of the employment terms.

Towing work involves operating heavy vehicles, working roadside in live traffic, securing vehicles to transporters under time pressure, and responding to callouts at all hours. The Employee acknowledges the inherent risks and commits to maintaining the required driving licences, operator certifications, and traffic management awareness.

A three-month probation period applies. The Employer assesses the Employee's vehicle recovery technique, safe loading and securing procedures, driving competence with loaded tow trucks, and professional conduct at accident scenes and breakdowns where vehicle owners may be distressed or confrontational.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's callout response times, damage-free recovery rates, compliance with traffic management procedures at roadside incidents, and radio or dispatch communication accuracy.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may be offered if the Employee requires further training on heavy-duty recovery, motorcycle recovery, or underground car park extraction techniques.
