Duties, Role, and Exclusivity

The Employee performs their designated function and contributes to the startup's growth objectives. In a small team, responsibilities may span multiple disciplines. Outside employment or advisory roles that conflict with the startup's interests require written consent.

Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay

Monthly salary is paid in arrears. Stock options or equity participation may be offered under a separate share option agreement. Benefits include remote work flexibility, learning budget, and wellness allowance as detailed in the employee handbook.

Working Time, Location, and Hours

The Employee works remotely, from the office, or in a hybrid arrangement as agreed. Core collaboration hours are specified, with flexibility around them. Startup intensity may require occasional extended effort during product launches or incident response.
