Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee has not yet participated in a full collection development cycle from concept through to delivery.
Duties, Role, and Exclusivity
The Employee performs their designated function across design, production, merchandising, marketing, or retail. Outside fashion work, particularly for competing brands or through personal clothing lines, requires the Employer's written consent.
Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay
Salary is paid monthly in arrears. Staff receive a generous clothing allowance and discount on current-season collections. Travel expenses for trade shows and buying trips are reimbursed per the company's expense policy.
Working Time, Location, and Hours
The Employee works from the brand's office, studio, or retail locations. Fashion week periods, sample sale preparation, and collection launches may require extended hours. Travel to factories, showrooms, or trade events may be part of the role.
