Either party may terminate during probation with statutory notice. A review at six weeks covers jobs completed per day, damage-free removal success rate, the Employee's ability to provide accurate on-site quotes, and teamwork with the truck partner during two-person operations.

Permanent employment follows satisfactory probation. Extension is available if the Employee requires further training on hazardous waste handling, commercial demolition debris protocols, or CDL truck operation.

Duties, Role, and Exclusivity

The Employee loads and hauls junk from client properties, sorts materials for recycling and donation, drives or assists on the truck, and provides on-site estimates. Competing junk removal or hauling services require the Employer's written consent.

Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay

Salary is paid monthly in arrears. A company truck is provided. Performance bonuses may be awarded based on daily revenue generation and customer review scores. Tips from residential clients are retained by the crew.

Working Time, Location, and Hours

The Employee works daily routes from the company yard. Hours follow booking schedules, with same-day emergency jobs potentially extending the day. Weekends are common, particularly for residential estate clearances.
