Consulting Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a consulting firm providing advisory, strategy, and implementation services to corporate and institutional clients, and the Employee. The firm deploys consultants on client engagements that may last weeks or months, requiring professionals who can analyse complex business problems, develop recommendations, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date, governed by the employment laws of the applicable jurisdiction. This agreement constitutes the complete terms. The consulting model involves significant client-site work, travel, and the need to represent the firm's brand and methodology in client-facing settings.

The Employee accepts that consulting engagements demand flexibility in location, working hours, and travel, and that the firm's staffing model may deploy them across different industry sectors and client organizations throughout the year.

A three-month probation applies. The Employer evaluates the Employee's analytical rigor, deliverable quality, client communication and presentation skills, teamwork within project teams, and ability to manage workstreams independently under the guidance of senior engagement managers.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's performance on initial client engagements, quality of written outputs and slide decks, time management across billable and internal activities, and alignment with the firm's values and client service standards.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee has not yet completed a full client engagement cycle or requires further development in client relationship management or business development activities.
