A three-month probation applies. The Employer evaluates the Employee's analytical rigor, deliverable quality, client communication and presentation skills, teamwork within project teams, and ability to manage workstreams independently under the guidance of senior engagement managers.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's performance on initial client engagements, quality of written outputs and slide decks, time management across billable and internal activities, and alignment with the firm's values and client service standards.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee has not yet completed a full client engagement cycle or requires further development in client relationship management or business development activities.

Duties, Role, and Exclusivity

The Employee performs consulting engagements, produces analyses and deliverables, attends client meetings, and contributes to firm knowledge. Outside advisory or consulting work requires the Employer's written consent to avoid conflicts of interest.

Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay

Salary is paid monthly in arrears. Travel and accommodation expenses for client engagements are reimbursed per the firm's expense policy. Professional development budgets and certification sponsorship are available.

Working Time, Location, and Hours

The Employee works from the firm's office, client sites, or remotely depending on engagement requirements. Consulting hours may exceed standard working time during intensive project phases, with flexibility during quieter periods.
