Personal Chef Service Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is agreed between the Employer, a personal chef service providing bespoke meal preparation in private residences and corporate settings, and the Employee. The business serves high-net-worth individuals, families with specific dietary requirements, and companies seeking executive dining solutions, deploying chefs to client homes and offices across the service area.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date. The contract is governed by applicable employment law and represents the complete agreement. The personal chef model involves working unsupervised in client kitchens, handling premium ingredients, and adapting menus to individual health conditions and taste preferences.

The Employee understands that the role requires travel between client locations, discretion regarding client lifestyles and dietary information, and the ability to work independently in unfamiliar kitchen environments with varying equipment and pantry provisions.

The probationary period is three months. Assessment criteria include culinary skill across multiple cuisines, menu planning for clients with complex dietary needs (allergies, medical conditions, religious restrictions), presentation standards befitting private dining, and professionalism when working in client homes.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review after six weeks will cover client satisfaction feedback, the Employee's ability to source ingredients within budget, time management across multiple client appointments in a single day, and kitchen cleanliness standards after service.

Permanent status follows successful probation. Extension is available if the Employee has not yet served a sufficient range of client types or requires further training in dietary planning for medical conditions such as renal diets or ketogenic protocols.
