Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension is available if the Employee is still completing a nutritional advisory qualification or has not yet covered all product categories during training.

Responsibilities include advising customers on health products, managing supplement stock and expiry dates, merchandising displays, and processing sales. The Employee shall not work for a competing health food or supplement retailer without written consent.
Remuneration, Benefits, and Pay
Salary is paid monthly in arrears. Staff receive a discount on store products. The Employer may sponsor relevant nutritional certifications at their discretion, subject to a training agreement.
Working Time, Location, and Hours
The store operates standard retail hours with extended opening during January wellness season and other peak periods. The Employee works from the shop floor and stockroom, with occasional attendance at health and wellness expos.
