Health Food Store Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is entered into between the Employer, a health food store selling organic groceries, supplements, natural remedies, and wellness products from its retail premises, and the Employee. The store serves health-conscious consumers seeking expert guidance on nutritional supplements, dietary alternatives, and clean-label food products.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date, operating under the employment laws of the relevant jurisdiction. This agreement is the entire statement of the parties' employment relationship.

The Employee understands that the role requires product knowledge spanning vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, and organic food certifications. Some products carry regulatory restrictions on health claims, and the Employee must advise customers within legal boundaries at all times.

Probation runs for three months from the Start Date. Assessment covers the Employee's ability to advise customers on supplements and dietary products, knowledge of organic and fair-trade certification marks, stock management for temperature-sensitive probiotics and oils, and compliance with regulations governing health claims on product labels and in verbal recommendations.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A mid-probation review will evaluate the Employee's product knowledge across vitamins, protein supplements, and allergen-free ranges, visual merchandising standards, and their comfort navigating customer questions about interactions between supplements and medications.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension is available if the Employee is still completing a nutritional advisory qualification or has not yet covered all product categories during training.
