Mobile Mechanic Service Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a mobile mechanic service providing on-site vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics at customers' homes, workplaces, and roadside locations, and the Employee. The business operates service vans equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment, eliminating the need for customers to visit a fixed workshop.

The Employee is engaged permanently from the Start Date under applicable employment law. This contract is the complete agreement.

Mobile mechanic work involves performing repairs in non-workshop environments, carrying tools and parts in a service van, working alone at client locations, and adapting to variable conditions including weather, lighting, and ground surfaces. The Employee acknowledges these unique challenges compared to fixed-workshop employment.

A three-month probationary period applies. The Employer assesses the Employee's diagnostic accuracy in field conditions, repair quality without workshop facilities, van stock management efficiency, and professional customer interaction when working in residential driveways and corporate car parks.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's first-time fix rate, parts usage accuracy, route planning efficiency, and ability to manage customer expectations when repairs require parts ordering or workshop escalation.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee requires further training on specialist diagnostic equipment, hybrid vehicle servicing in field conditions, or advanced electrical fault-finding without workshop resources.
