Premium Online Dog Food Employment Contract Generator

This Employment Contract is between the Employer, a premium online dog food company producing and selling nutritionally optimized, human-grade, or raw dog food products through a direct-to-consumer subscription model, and the Employee. The business spans product development, production, digital marketing, subscription management, and customer support, employing food scientists, production staff, marketers, and pet nutrition advisors.

Employment is permanent from the Start Date under applicable employment law. This contract forms the complete agreement.

The pet food industry is subject to animal feed regulations, nutritional labelling requirements, and food safety standards that differ from human food production. The Employee acknowledges these regulatory obligations and commits to compliance with all applicable standards in their role.

A three-month probation applies. For production roles, the Employer evaluates recipe adherence, batch consistency, hygiene compliance, and packaging accuracy. For customer-facing roles, assessment covers pet nutrition advisory quality, subscription management proficiency, and ability to handle dietary enquiries from dog owners with confidence and accuracy.

Statutory notice applies during probation. A review at six weeks covers the Employee's integration with the team, understanding of the product range and its nutritional profiles, and performance against the KPIs established during onboarding.

Permanent employment follows successful probation. Extension may apply if the Employee is completing a pet nutrition certification or requires further training on the subscription platform and customer lifecycle management tools.
