Joining our gym, purchasing a membership, or participating in any class, training session, or facility use means you accept these terms. They also cover day passes, guest visits, and personal training engagements.

We operate a fitness facility providing access to exercise equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, and wellness amenities. Our facility is staffed by certified fitness professionals and maintained to safety standards that meet or exceed applicable regulations.

Membership enrollment requires completion of a registration form, health questionnaire, and signed liability waiver. Certain health conditions may require a physician's clearance before participation. We recommend that all new members consult their doctor before beginning an exercise program.

Our facility rules are posted at the entrance and throughout the gym. They cover equipment use, hygiene, dress code, and conduct standards. All members and guests must comply.

Membership provides access to our gym floor, cardio and weight equipment, locker rooms, and basic amenities during published operating hours. Class access, pool/sauna use, and premium amenities may require a higher membership tier or supplementary fees as described in our membership options.

Group fitness classes are scheduled weekly and may include yoga, spinning, HIIT, strength training, Pilates, boxing, and dance-based workouts. Class schedules are published on our website and app. Classes are first-come first-served or bookable in advance depending on class type and demand.

Personal training services are available one-on-one or in small groups with certified trainers. Training packages are purchased separately from membership. Session scheduling, cancellation policies, and package expiration terms are communicated at purchase.

Membership billing occurs on the cycle agreed at enrollment (monthly, quarterly, annual). Membership terms including minimum commitment period, freeze options, cancellation notice requirements, and any early termination fees are detailed in your membership agreement.
