Scope of Services
Engagement scope is defined in the SOW and may include workshops, interviews, data analysis, research, strategy development, report preparation, presentation delivery, and implementation support. We deliver the specific outputs described in the SOW within the agreed timeline.
Scope changes requested after SOW execution are handled through a formal change request process. We document the requested change, its impact on timeline and fees, and obtain your written approval before proceeding. We are not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope without a signed change order.
We provide regular progress updates at the frequency specified in the SOW, typically weekly or biweekly. Update format may include written status reports, scheduled calls, or in-person meetings depending on engagement size and client preference.
Final deliverables are presented in the format specified in the SOW. Upon delivery and your acceptance (or deemed acceptance after the review period), the engagement is considered complete for that phase. Post-delivery support is available under a separate support arrangement or new SOW.
Acceptable Use
Provide timely access to the information, personnel, and systems we need to perform the engagement. Delays in client-side inputs may extend timelines and affect deliverable quality. Our recommendations are professional advice, not guarantees of business outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables created specifically for you under a SOW are assigned to you upon full payment. Our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates remain our property. We grant you a license to use them within the deliverables but you may not extract and resell them independently.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid under the relevant SOW. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from your implementation of our recommendations.
