Commission rates, fee structures, and payment terms are specified in your agency agreement. Commissions are typically earned upon successful closing of a transaction. Marketing costs, professional photography, and staging services may be included or billed separately depending on the agreed arrangement.

Acceptable Use

Provide accurate information about your property, financial situation, and transaction objectives. Disclose all material facts about properties you are selling as required by law. Respond to time-sensitive communications promptly, as real estate transactions often involve contractual deadlines.

Intellectual Property
