Personal Chef Service Terms & Conditions Generator

Booking a meal preparation session, hiring us for an event, or subscribing to recurring meal service means you accept the terms below. A signed service agreement specific to your engagement scope will accompany these general terms. If the two conflict, the service agreement prevails.

We provide in-home meal preparation tailored to your dietary preferences, household size, and schedule. Our services include menu consultation, grocery procurement, cooking in your kitchen, portioning, labeling, storage, and cleanup. We also offer dinner party preparation, cooking lessons, dietary coaching, and holiday meal production.

We are an independent culinary professional, not a licensed dietitian or medical practitioner. Meals follow your stated preferences and dietary requirements, but we do not provide medical nutrition therapy. If you have complex medical dietary needs, provide guidance from your healthcare provider that we can work from.

These terms cover one-time bookings, recurring weekly or biweekly engagements, dinner party services, and any add-ons like grocery shopping or kitchen organization.

A standard session begins with a consultation to establish dietary preferences, allergies, cuisine tastes, household size, and meal frequency. We develop a custom weekly menu, procure ingredients from approved suppliers, and cook in your kitchen during a scheduled four to six hour session depending on the number of meals ordered.

Finished meals are portioned into your containers or ours, labeled with contents and reheating instructions, and stored in your fridge or freezer. A typical session produces eight to twelve portions, varying by recipe complexity. You are responsible for having adequate cold storage space.

Grocery costs are either included in the service fee or billed at cost plus a procurement surcharge, depending on your package. We select ingredients based on quality, freshness, and your budget. Receipts are provided for reimbursement where applicable.

Dinner party and event services cover menu design, procurement, on-site cooking, plating, and optional table service. Pricing depends on guest count, courses, and duration. A detailed quote follows the initial consultation, and a 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is due 48 hours before the event.
