- Financial data including cost-per-meal calculations, subscription pricing models, customer lifetime value analytics, churn rate data, and customer acquisition cost benchmarks by channel.

Obligations of Confidentiality

Permitted Disclosures and Third Parties

Term, Termination, and Survival
