If you purchase roasted coffee from us, subscribe to our delivery service, place a wholesale order, or visit our tasting room, these terms apply to you. They cover the full range of our operations as a specialty coffee roaster.

We source, roast, and sell specialty-grade coffee beans from origin countries spanning Central and South America, East Africa, and Southeast Asia. Our catalog includes single-origin coffees, signature blends, seasonal micro-lot releases, and decaffeinated options, available as whole bean or ground in retail and wholesale quantities.

We may update these terms periodically. Changes are published on our website. If you keep buying, you are accepting the current version.

Coffee is an agricultural product. Flavor, body, and acidity vary naturally between harvest seasons and growing regions. We apply consistent roasting profiles, but sensory characteristics will shift between crop years. The tasting notes on our packaging are descriptive guides, not guaranteed flavor specifications.

We roast in small batches using drum equipment calibrated to highlight the distinct character of each origin and blend. Profiles range from light to dark, with each product developed through extensive cupping and quality analysis. Where possible, we roast to order for maximum freshness.

Retail purchases are available through our website, our on-site counter, or authorized stockists. Online orders typically ship within two business days of roasting. Shipping methods and delivery costs vary by destination and appear at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays after handover.

Subscriptions deliver freshly roasted coffee on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule you choose. You can pick specific coffees or let our head roaster curate your selection. Subscription modification and cancellation details are in your enrollment confirmation.

Wholesale clients, including cafes, restaurants, offices, and retailers, receive equipment training, ongoing quality support, and access to our full catalog at negotiated trade pricing. Wholesale terms are documented in a separate supply agreement covering minimum orders, regular commitments, and payment schedules.
