When you order a fresh juice, smoothie, acai bowl, wellness shot, or any other product from our juice bar, you are agreeing to these terms. This applies whether you buy in-store, through our app, or via a delivery platform.

We specialize in cold-pressed juices, blended smoothies, superfood bowls, and health-focused beverages made from fresh fruits, vegetables, and nutritional supplements. Our products are prepared to order using raw, perishable ingredients and are meant for immediate consumption unless labeled otherwise.

These terms cover everything: retail transactions, juice cleanse subscriptions, corporate wellness packages, and wholesale arrangements. We will post any updates on our website and at the counter. Continued purchases mean you accept the changes.

Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Health-related claims on our menus and marketing reflect general nutritional information, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or take medication, consult your doctor before consuming products containing herbal supplements, adaptogens, or concentrated botanical extracts.

We prepare beverages using cold-press extraction, high-speed blending, and manual techniques. The menu includes single-ingredient juices, multi-ingredient blends, protein smoothies, acai and pitaya bowls, concentrated wellness shots with ginger, turmeric, or wheatgrass, and seasonal specials.

You can customize orders by selecting base ingredients, add-ons like protein powder, nut butters, or superfood boosters, and preferred sweetness levels. We may decline requests that compromise product quality, food safety, or equipment integrity. If an ingredient is out of stock, we will let you know at the register.

Our juice cleanse programs deliver a prescribed sequence of cold-pressed juices over multiple days. Cleanses require 48 hours advance ordering, must be picked up on the start date, and need to stay refrigerated at all times. We accept no liability for health effects during or after a cleanse.

Catering for corporate wellness events, fitness studios, and health-focused gatherings is available with a minimum order value, five business days lead time, and a confirmed delivery address accessible for temperature-controlled transport.
