We operate a self-service laundry facility with commercial washers and dryers in various capacities, accepting coins, cards, or app payments. We may also offer attended services: wash-dry-fold, dry cleaning drop-off, alterations, and laundry supply vending.
These terms cover all self-service use, attended services, commercial bulk accounts, and use of our premises and amenities. Changes are posted at the shop and on our website or app.
We provide equipment for your use but are not responsible for damage to clothing from improper cycle selection, failure to follow garment care labels, or pre-existing defects. Read and follow the instructions on each machine. Select cycles appropriate for your fabric types.
Scope of Services
Self-service equipment includes front-loading and top-loading washers from standard to oversized capacity (comforters, blankets, bulk items). Dryers are available in standard and large sizes with adjustable heat. Pricing varies by machine capacity and is posted on each unit.
Payment methods include coins, stored-value cards, and mobile app where available. If a machine malfunctions, contact staff or call the service number immediately. Refunds require the machine number, time of use, and amount lost.
Wash-dry-fold service: drop off your laundry and our staff washes, dries, and folds it. Pricing is per kilogram. Turnaround is same-day or next-day. We use our detergent unless you bring your own.
We may provide seating, folding tables, vending, Wi-Fi, television, and play areas as amenities, with no guarantees on availability or condition.
Acceptable Use
Do not overload machines, wash hazardous materials, or use equipment for non-textile purposes. Unattended laundry left in machines past cycle completion may be removed to free the machine. We are not responsible for unattended items.
Intellectual Property
Our brand, app interface, loyalty mechanics, and marketing materials are our exclusive property. Equipment manufacturers' trademarks belong to them.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the specific transaction. We are not liable for garment damage from self-service use, lost or stolen unattended items, or service interruptions from equipment failure or utility outages.
