Reserving, purchasing, or adopting a puppy from our breeding program means you accept these terms. They govern the entire process from reservation through placement and any post-placement health guarantees.

We are a responsible dog breeder specializing in the breed(s) described on our website. Our breeding program prioritizes genetic health, temperament, and breed standard conformance. All breeding dogs are health-tested according to breed-specific protocols recommended by the relevant breed club and veterinary genetics organizations.

Each puppy placement is documented in a purchase agreement that details the specific puppy, price, health guarantees, spay/neuter requirements (if applicable), return policy, and any co-ownership or breeding restrictions. These general terms supplement that agreement.

We are committed to placing puppies in suitable homes. Our application and screening process helps us understand your lifestyle, experience, and readiness for the breed. We reserve the right to decline an application if we believe the match is not appropriate for the puppy or the applicant.

Our breeding program includes health testing of all breeding dogs (hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and breed-specific DNA panels as applicable), careful pairing based on health, temperament, and structural complement, whelping in a clean, supervised environment, and early socialization and neurological stimulation protocols for all puppies.

Puppies leave our program at the age recommended for the breed (typically 8-12 weeks), having received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, a veterinary health examination, and registration papers. A puppy pack including food, care guide, vaccination records, and health certificate accompanies every puppy.

A reservation deposit secures your place on our waiting list for an upcoming or planned litter. Deposits are applied toward the purchase price. Deposit refund terms, including situations where a litter does not produce a puppy matching your preferences, are specified in our deposit agreement.

Post-placement support includes lifetime breeder guidance on training, health, nutrition, and breed-specific care. We encourage new owners to stay in touch and provide updates. If at any point during the dog's life you can no longer keep it, we require first right of return as stated in the purchase agreement.
