Storage Unit Terms & Conditions Generator

LockBox Storage Solutions provides self-storage units, vehicle storage, and ancillary services at our secure facility. By signing a storage agreement, renting a unit, or accessing our premises, you accept and agree to the terms set out below. These terms apply for the entire duration of your storage rental and any subsequent extensions.

Our facility operates a self-service model. You are provided with access credentials to enter the site during published access hours and a lock for your individual unit. You are solely responsible for securing your unit, managing access to your belongings, and maintaining the condition of the rented space.

Units are available in a range of sizes from small locker units to large warehouse-style bays. Climate-controlled options are offered for items sensitive to temperature and humidity fluctuations. Unit specifications, dimensions, and features are listed on our website and confirmed in your rental agreement.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Notice of changes will be provided by email or posted at our facility entrance. Continued storage after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Storage rental is charged on a rolling monthly basis unless a fixed-term agreement has been signed. The monthly fee covers use of your allocated unit, site access during published hours, and standard security provisions including perimeter fencing, CCTV surveillance, and electronic gate access. Insurance for your stored items is your responsibility and is not included in the rental fee.

Extended access hours and 24-hour access upgrades are available for an additional charge. Vehicle, boat, and caravan storage is provided in designated outdoor or covered bays. Vehicle storage clients must present valid registration and proof of insurance at check-in.

We sell packing supplies including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and padlocks at our on-site shop. Trolleys and loading ramps are available free of charge during your visit. We do not provide labour for loading or unloading, and all handling of your goods is your responsibility.

Termination requires written notice in accordance with the notice period stated in your rental agreement. All personal belongings must be removed and the unit left clean and undamaged by the end of the notice period. Abandoned goods will be dealt with in accordance with applicable legislation after reasonable attempts to contact you.
