Booking a consultation, accepting a design proposal, or scheduling installation means you agree to these terms. They cover every phase of our holiday lighting service: design, product supply, installation, seasonal maintenance, and post-season removal.

We provide professional Christmas and holiday lighting for homes and businesses, with installations on rooflines, trees, columns, fences, and architectural features. Our trained, insured technicians use commercial-grade LED products and weatherproof electrical components.

Our service season typically runs October through January, with scheduling based on booking date and crew availability. We also offer year-round permanent lighting and event lighting outside the holiday season.

This work involves heights, ladders, rooftops, and elevated platforms. Our crew is trained in fall protection and safe access. We assess every property's structural suitability and will decline installations where attachment points are unsafe, surfaces are deteriorated, or access is too risky.

We start with a design consultation assessing your property's architecture, landscaping, existing electrical capacity, and your vision. We then deliver a proposal specifying layout, product types (C9 bulbs, mini lights, icicle, net, garlands, wreaths, specialty elements), color scheme, and total cost including materials, labor, and maintenance.

Installation uses professional clips, hooks, and hardware matched to each surface. No staples, nails, or adhesives that damage property. All electrical connections use outdoor-rated cords, timers, and GFCI protection. We verify your service can handle the load before connecting.

Mid-season maintenance covers a check to replace burned-out bulbs, repair wind damage, reset timers, and verify connections. Extra visits are available on request. The display is guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for the season.

January removal includes careful takedown, inspection, and either return to you or storage at our facility for next year. Storage fees, if applicable, are in the initial proposal.
