Purchasing fresh meat, poultry, game, charcuterie, or prepared products from our butcher shop binds you to these terms. This applies to counter sales, phone orders, online purchases, and home delivery.

We source, prepare, and sell beef, pork, lamb, poultry, game birds, venison, and specialty proteins. Our qualified butchers process everything in our licensed cutting room using traditional and modern techniques. We also offer marinated meats, sausages, pies, ready-to-cook meals, and seasonal specialties.

These terms cover retail counter sales, pre-orders, online transactions, wholesale supply to restaurants and caterers, and meat box subscription programs. Updates are posted on our website and communicated to wholesale clients directly.

All our products are perishable and need immediate refrigeration. Our facility handles multiple proteins, marinades, and allergens including gluten, dairy, mustard, and sulfites. Follow our storage and cooking instructions and ask staff about allergens in prepared and marinated products.

We offer a full range of cuts prepared to your specifications. Standard cuts sit in the display counter. Custom cuts, including specific joint sizes, frenched racks, butterflied portions, dicing, and mincing, are prepared on request. We will advise on the right cut for your cooking method and occasion.

Our sausages are made in-house using proprietary recipes and natural casings, in traditional and seasonal flavors. Bulk custom flavor requests are welcome. Charcuterie ranges from dry-cured salami and bresaola to pancetta and smoked products, made here or sourced from specialist curers.

Pre-orders let you reserve specific cuts, whole carcasses, or seasonal items like Christmas turkeys and Easter lamb. Advance notice and a deposit are required for high-value or specialty items. Pre-orders not collected by the agreed date may be forfeited.

Meat box subscriptions deliver curated selections weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You can specify preferences for protein type, cut style, and dietary needs. Subscription details, including how to pause or cancel, are provided at enrollment.
