We maintain strict hygiene standards. All metal tools are sterilized between clients. Disposable items (files, buffers, orangewood sticks) are single-use. Pedicure basins are disinfected per regulatory requirements between each client. Despite these measures, clients with open wounds, fungal infections, or compromised immune systems should consult their healthcare provider before receiving nail services.
Scope of Services
Manicure services range from basic nail shaping and polish to spa manicures with exfoliation, masks, and extended massage. Polish options include traditional lacquer, gel polish (cured under LED/UV lamp), and dip powder systems.
Pedicure services include nail care, callus treatment, exfoliation, and massage, ranging from express to luxury spa packages. Pedicure services are performed in individual basins with jet or pipeless systems sanitized between clients.
Nail enhancements include acrylic overlay, acrylic extensions, hard gel, builder gel, and polygel. Enhancement length, shape (coffin, stiletto, almond, square, oval), and design are discussed during your appointment. Fills and maintenance appointments are recommended every two to three weeks depending on nail growth and enhancement type.
Nail art ranges from simple accent designs to intricate hand-painted or 3D art. Complex designs require additional time and are priced accordingly. Reference images help us understand your vision and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
Acceptable Use
Arrive with clean hands and feet. Inform us of any nail infections, skin conditions, or allergies before service. Gel and enhancement removal must be done professionally. DIY removal can damage your natural nails, and damage from improper removal at home is not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Our original nail art designs, brand identity, and marketing content are our exclusive property. Sharing photos of your nails (our work) on social media is encouraged with credit to our salon.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Our liability is limited to a redo of the affected nails or a service refund within 48 hours of the appointment. We are not liable for nail breakage from client activities, gel lifting from improper home care, or reactions to products where sensitivity was not disclosed prior to service.
