Auto Body Shop Terms & Conditions Generator

Authorizing collision repair, paint work, or bodywork at our facility means you accept these terms. They cover everything from minor dent repair to full structural restoration.

We provide auto body repair, collision repair, paint refinishing, frame straightening, dent removal, glass replacement, and cosmetic restoration for passenger vehicles, trucks, and commercial fleet vehicles. Our technicians use computerized paint matching, downdraft spray booths, and frame measurement systems to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

We work directly with insurance companies on your behalf when a claim is involved. However, you remain our customer, not the insurer. You are responsible for any deductible, non-covered items, and any amounts the insurer does not authorize.

Each repair is documented in a detailed repair order specifying the scope, estimated cost, parts, and timeline. These general terms supplement that order.

Our collision repair services restore vehicles damaged in accidents, including body panel replacement or repair, structural frame correction, bumper repair, headlight and taillight replacement, and associated mechanical repairs needed to return the vehicle to safe operating condition.

Paint services include full respray, panel color matching, blending, clear coat application, and custom paint work. We use computerized spectrophotometry for precise color matching to your vehicle's original finish. Minor color variations between original factory paint and refinish are inherent in the process and do not constitute a defect.

We provide free written estimates before beginning any work. Supplemental damage discovered during disassembly that was not visible during initial assessment is documented and communicated to you (and your insurer if applicable) for approval before we proceed.

Completed repairs carry a warranty on workmanship and paint finish for the period specified on your repair order. Paint warranty typically covers defects in adhesion, peeling, and color match under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from subsequent accidents, improper washing, environmental exposure, or modifications by other shops.
