Booking an appointment or receiving any hair service at our salon means you accept these terms. They cover every service from a simple trim to a full color transformation.

We provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and extensions services through trained, licensed stylists. Our salon uses professional-grade products from established brands, and our stylists participate in ongoing education to stay current with techniques and trends.

Appointments are booked in advance online, by phone, or through our app. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. A consultation is included with every new client and every significant service change to align expectations and assess hair condition before we begin.

Hair services involve chemical processes (coloring, bleaching, perming, relaxing) that carry inherent risks including allergic reactions, scalp sensitivity, and hair damage. We conduct patch tests and strand tests as recommended by product manufacturers. You must disclose your full hair history including previous chemical treatments, home coloring, and known sensitivities.

Cutting services include precision cuts, layered cuts, textured cuts, bang trims, and children's cuts. Pricing varies by stylist level and service complexity. Consultation ensures we understand the desired outcome before cutting.

Color services include single-process color, highlights, balayage, ombre, color correction, toning, and gray coverage. Color results depend on your starting hair condition, previous chemical history, and natural pigmentation. We discuss realistic expectations during consultation. Color correction for prior damage or unwanted results from other salons may require multiple sessions.

Treatments include deep conditioning, keratin smoothing, bond repair, scalp treatments, and hair gloss services. Treatment selection is based on hair assessment and your goals for texture, shine, and manageability.

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for standard appointments and 48 hours for color and extensive services. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee equal to a percentage of the booked service price, as communicated at the time of booking.
