By entering into a residency agreement or placing a family member in our group home, you accept these terms. They govern the care, accommodation, and services we provide to residents.

We operate a licensed residential care facility providing housing, meals, personal care assistance, and supervised daily living support for individuals who need a structured living environment. Our home is staffed by trained caregivers 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Admission requires completion of an assessment to determine suitability, a signed residency agreement, and submission of medical records, emergency contacts, and financial arrangements. The residency agreement details the specific care plan, room assignment, fees, and terms of stay.

We are licensed and regulated by the applicable state or local authority. Our facility undergoes regular inspections and adheres to all standards for staffing ratios, physical environment, meal service, medication management, and resident rights.

Accommodation includes a furnished room (private or shared as agreed), three daily meals and snacks meeting nutritional guidelines, laundry service, housekeeping, and access to common areas including living rooms, dining areas, and outdoor spaces.

Personal care assistance covers help with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting as documented in the resident's individualized care plan. Care plans are developed upon admission and reviewed regularly in consultation with the resident, their family, and healthcare providers.

Medication management includes storage, reminders, and administration of prescribed medications by trained staff. We coordinate with the resident's physician and pharmacy for prescription fulfillment and dosage changes. Changes to medication require a physician's order.

Recreational and social programming includes group activities, outings, entertainment, and holiday celebrations designed to promote social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and quality of life. Individual activity preferences are incorporated into the care plan where possible.
