A detailed statement of goods and services selected is prepared during the arrangement conference and signed by the person responsible for the account. That document, combined with these general terms, governs our engagement.

We comply with all applicable funeral industry regulations including the requirement to provide itemized pricing, to allow you to choose only the services and merchandise you want, and to accept caskets and urns purchased from third parties without additional handling fees.

Our services begin with an arrangement conference where we work with the family to plan the service, select merchandise, coordinate logistics, and prepare all necessary documentation including death certificates, permits, and insurance claims. We guide you through every decision with patience and transparency.

Service options include traditional funeral with viewing and ceremony, memorial service without the body present, direct cremation, direct burial, and customized celebrations of life. Each option is priced separately, and you select only what you need.

Transportation services include transfer of the deceased from the place of death to our facility, transportation to the ceremony venue, and transportation to the cemetery or crematory. We maintain a fleet of professional vehicles and coordinate with cemeteries, crematories, and houses of worship on your behalf.

Aftercare includes assistance with insurance claims, certified copy ordering, obituary placement, and grief support resources. We remain available to the family after the service for any questions or follow-up needs.
