Introduction and Acceptance

The following terms govern every catering engagement we undertake. By submitting a booking inquiry, signing an event agreement, or accepting one of our quotations, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms in full.

We provide professional food preparation, presentation, and service for private events, corporate functions, weddings, conferences, and other occasions. Depending on the package you choose, our services may cover menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, staffing, tableware rental, and post-event cleanup.

Once an event agreement is signed, the terms in effect at signing govern that specific engagement. Any future amendments to our general terms will apply only to new bookings.

If we are working at a third-party venue, site-specific requirements around access, kitchen facilities, and venue-imposed restrictions will be documented in your event agreement. Those specifics supplement these general terms but do not override them.

Scope of Services

Every engagement is delivered according to what is documented in your signed event agreement. The standard scope includes menu development around your preferences and dietary requirements, ingredient procurement, food preparation in our licensed kitchen or approved on-site facilities, transport to the venue, plating or buffet setup, and service delivery by our trained staff.

We handle everything from canape receptions and buffet spreads to multi-course plated dinners. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and allergen-specific requirements when you tell us in advance. Complex dietary accommodations that require specialty ingredients need at least 14 days notice.

Staffing ratios follow industry standards: one server per 20 guests for buffet service, one per 12 for plated. Additional bar staff, coat check, or event coordination personnel can be arranged at extra cost.

Equipment rental, including chafing dishes, linens, glassware, and flatware, may be bundled in your package or quoted separately. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the event.

Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate guest counts and dietary information within the agreed notice period. Failing to disclose food allergies or making last-minute headcount changes may limit what we can deliver. We reserve the right to refuse service if the venue does not meet minimum food safety standards.

Intellectual Property

Our proprietary recipes, menu designs, event presentation concepts, and food styling techniques belong to us. You may use event photos featuring our food for personal records but not for commercial publication without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnities

Our total liability under any catering engagement is capped at the fee you paid for that event. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to disclose venue hazards, accurate dietary requirements, or timeline changes communicated after the agreed cutoff.
