Enrolling your child in our childcare center means you accept these terms. They govern enrollment, daily operations, fees, health and safety protocols, and parent responsibilities throughout your child's attendance.

We provide licensed childcare and early education services for children in the age groups specified in our program offerings. Our center is licensed by the applicable regulatory authority and staffed by qualified early childhood educators who maintain current certifications in pediatric first aid and child development.

Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of all registration documents, payment of the registration fee, and submission of required health and immunization records. A parent handbook detailing daily routines, policies, and procedures is provided at enrollment and should be read in full.

The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. Our facility meets or exceeds all applicable safety standards including staff-to-child ratios, building safety codes, fire safety requirements, and food handling regulations. Background checks are conducted on all staff and volunteers.

Our programs include age-appropriate learning activities, structured play, outdoor time, rest periods, and meals or snacks as specified in your enrollment package. Curriculum is guided by recognized early childhood education frameworks and adapted to developmental stages.

Operating hours are published on our website and in the parent handbook. Drop-off and pick-up must occur within published hours. Late pick-up fees apply after the designated closing time. Only authorized persons listed on the enrollment form may collect your child, and photo identification is required.

Meals and snacks are prepared on-site or catered from approved providers and meet nutritional guidelines for the age group. Dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural food preferences must be documented on the enrollment form and updated whenever they change. We maintain a strict allergen management protocol in our kitchen and dining areas.

We communicate with parents through daily reports, a parent portal or app, scheduled parent-teacher conferences, and incident reporting. Medical incidents, behavioral concerns, and developmental observations are documented and shared with parents promptly.
