We operate a full-service restaurant offering food and beverage service across multiple channels. Our menu features dishes prepared from fresh ingredients sourced through our supplier network, and we take pride in maintaining food safety standards that meet or exceed regulatory requirements. Our obligations and your rights when ordering from us are detailed in the sections that follow.

We may modify these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, regulatory requirements, or service offerings. Material updates will be posted on our website and displayed at the host stand. Continued use of our services after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Allergen Disclosure Statement, and any specific terms attached to promotional offers, gift card programs, or catering agreements. Where a specific promotional or event agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement takes precedence for that particular transaction.

Our restaurant provides dine-in table service, takeaway orders, and delivery within our designated service radius. Dine-in guests have access to our full menu, bar service, and private dining options where available. Menu offerings change based on seasonal produce availability, supplier capacity, and chef discretion, and we cannot guarantee that any particular dish will be available on any given evening.

Takeaway and delivery orders can be placed at the counter, by phone, or through our online ordering system. Delivery is handled by our own drivers or through authorized third-party delivery partners. When third-party platforms fulfill your delivery, their additional terms apply, and we accept no responsibility for delays, temperature issues, or handling errors that occur after your order leaves our kitchen.

We also provide catering for private events, corporate functions, and large gatherings. Catering requires advance booking, a signed event agreement with menu selections and guest count, and a non-refundable deposit. Final headcount and dietary accommodation requests must reach us at least 72 hours before your event.

Additional services may include gift card sales, branded retail products, cooking classes, and loyalty reward programs. Each of these carries its own supplementary terms, provided at the point of purchase or enrollment.
