We dispense motor fuels (regular, premium, diesel, alternatives where available) and operate a convenience store selling beverages, snacks, tobacco, lottery, and general merchandise. We may also offer car washing, tire inflation, and basic vehicle maintenance products.
These terms cover fuel purchases, store transactions, car wash service, and premises use including parking, restrooms, and air/water stations. Changes are posted at the pumps and in the store.
We comply with all regulations governing fuel storage and dispensing. Safety signage is posted throughout the forecourt. You must follow all posted instructions including no smoking, no open flames, and no mobile phone use in the dispensing zone.
Scope of Services
Fuel is available during posted hours via self-service pumps or full-service attendants where offered. Pricing is on the forecourt sign and at each pump. The price at the time of dispensing governs. We adjust pricing based on wholesale costs and market conditions without notice.
Payment by cash, card at pump or inside, mobile apps, or fleet cards. Pre-authorization holds on cards may exceed the actual purchase. Holds typically settle in one to three business days. We are not responsible for overdraft fees from pre-auth holds.
The convenience store carries beverages, packaged foods, tobacco (valid ID required), lottery, and auto accessories. Selection and pricing are at our discretion.
Car wash options include automated tunnel, touchless, and self-service bays. Pricing and hours are posted at the entrance. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles with pre-existing paint issues, loose trim, or aftermarket modifications incompatible with automated wash equipment.
Acceptable Use
Follow all posted safety rules: engine off during fueling, no smoking or flames, no re-entering your vehicle during fueling. Do not dispense fuel into unapproved containers. We will refuse service to anyone violating safety protocols.
Intellectual Property
Our brand identity, store layout, and promotional programs are our property or our franchisor's. Fuel brand trademarks on the premises belong to the fuel supplier and are used under license.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Our total liability is capped at the transaction price. We are not liable for car wash damage from pre-existing vehicle conditions, fuel quality issues from the upstream supply chain, or bank fees from pre-authorization holds.
