These terms govern every service provided by Fade & Co Barbershop, whether booked in advance or requested as a walk-in. By sitting in the chair, purchasing a product, or booking through our online scheduling system, you confirm that you have read and accepted the conditions below.

Fade & Co Barbershop offers haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, scalp treatments, and grooming product retail from our licensed premises. Our barbers hold professional qualifications and follow strict hygiene protocols between every client, including tool sterilisation and workstation sanitisation.

Walk-in clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis when chairs are available. Booked appointments take priority. If you arrive more than ten minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may treat you as a walk-in or ask you to rebook, depending on availability. No-shows and repeated late cancellations (less than two hours notice) may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to prepay future bookings.

We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always available at our front desk and on our website. Continued patronage after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our service menu includes skin fades, scissor cuts, beard sculpting, hot towel shaves, hair washing and styling, and scalp treatments. Prices are displayed on our board and website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Consultations are provided free of charge before any service. If you are unsure about a style, our barbers will advise on what works best for your hair type, face shape, and maintenance preferences. Once a cut begins, you accept responsibility for any style choices confirmed during the consultation.

We retail a curated range of grooming products including pomades, beard oils, shampoos, and styling tools. Product purchases are final unless the item is faulty or sealed and unopened, in which case you may return it within fourteen days with proof of purchase.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-store and online. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire twelve months from the date of issue unless a longer period is stated on the voucher itself.
