Purchasing a vehicle from our dealership, trading in a vehicle, or utilizing our financing services means you accept these terms. They apply to every transaction on our lot and through our online inventory.

We sell pre-owned vehicles that have been inspected, serviced, and prepared for retail sale. Our inventory includes sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, and specialty vehicles across a range of makes, models, and price points. Each vehicle listing includes mileage, condition notes, and available vehicle history information.

A separate purchase agreement governs each vehicle sale, documenting the specific vehicle, price, trade-in value if applicable, financing terms, warranty coverage, and any additional products or services purchased. These general terms supplement that agreement.

All pre-owned vehicles are sold with the condition disclosures required by applicable consumer protection laws. We recommend that buyers conduct an independent pre-purchase inspection by a mechanic of their choice before finalizing any purchase. We facilitate this by making vehicles available for off-site inspection during business hours.

Every vehicle undergoes a multi-point inspection before listing. Inspection findings and any reconditioning work performed are documented and available for review. Vehicles are priced based on condition, mileage, market demand, and comparable retail values.

We offer trade-in appraisals for customers looking to offset their purchase price. Trade-in values are based on current wholesale market conditions, vehicle condition, mileage, and demand. Appraisal values are valid for a specified period, typically seven days, and may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition changes upon physical inspection.

Financing is available through our network of lending partners. We present financing options based on your credit profile, down payment, and loan term preferences. We act as a facilitator between you and the lender. The lending institution, not the dealership, makes all credit decisions. Financing terms are documented in a separate retail installment agreement.

Extended warranty and vehicle service contract options are available at the time of purchase. Coverage levels, deductibles, claim procedures, and exclusions are detailed in the service contract documentation provided before purchase.
