Dropping off garments, scheduling a pickup, or placing an order through our app or website means you agree to these terms. They cover professional laundering, dry cleaning, pressing, folding, stain treatment, repairs, and alterations.

We process garments in our commercial facility using industrial washing, drying, pressing, and finishing equipment operated by trained professionals. We serve individual consumers, corporate clients, and hospitality businesses.

We inspect all garments on receipt and note pre-existing damage, stains, missing buttons, and care label warnings. Remove everything from pockets and tell us about any known issues at drop-off. We are not liable for pocket contents including cash, documents, electronics, or jewelry.

Updates to these terms are communicated through our website, app, and at the counter.

Standard laundry includes washing, drying, and folding per care labels. Items are sorted by color, fabric, and temperature. We use professional detergents and accept requests for sensitive-skin or allergy-specific products.

Dry cleaning uses solvent-based processes for garments that cannot be washed with water: suits, silk, wool, and formal wear. We pre-treat stains and will tell you before proceeding if a stain has low removal probability.

Pressing and finishing services include steam, hand, and machine pressing for shirts, trousers, skirts, and formal garments. Rush service (same-day or next-day) is available for a surcharge depending on garment type and workload.

Commercial services supply clean linens, uniforms, and towels to hotels, restaurants, salons, and healthcare facilities on a scheduled basis. Enterprise accounts can add RFID or barcode inventory tracking.
