We provide professional lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, dethatching, and seasonal cleanup for residential and commercial properties. Our technicians use commercial-grade equipment maintained to manufacturer specs.

These terms cover one-time visits, recurring mowing contracts, seasonal treatment programs, and turf renovation projects. Commercial property managers get supplementary terms for multi-property scheduling and reporting.

Some treatments involve fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and soil amendments. We use products approved for residential and commercial use under applicable environmental regulations. Chemical schedules, product types, and safety precautions are communicated before each round. Keep children and pets off treated areas for the duration noted in the post-treatment notice.

Weekly mowing includes cutting to the right height for your grass species and season, edging along sidewalks and beds, trimming around obstacles, and blowing clippings from hard surfaces. We adjust mowing height seasonally for healthy roots and drought resistance.
