Thrift Store Terms & Conditions Generator

Shopping at our thrift store, donating goods, or volunteering with us means you agree to the terms below. They cover purchases, donations, consignment, and community programs.

We sell secondhand clothing, furniture, housewares, electronics, books, toys, and other donated or consigned goods at reduced prices. Our operating model (for-profit, nonprofit, or social enterprise) is disclosed on our website and at the shop.

We update these terms as needed, posting changes at the shop and online. Continued shopping means continued acceptance.

All merchandise is pre-owned unless labeled new. Products are sold in their current condition with no warranties on functionality, safety, age, or authenticity. Electrical items are untested unless marked otherwise. Inspect everything before you buy, especially items for children, electrical connection, or weight-bearing use.

We accept, process, price, and sell donated and consigned goods across multiple categories. Inventory changes daily. We do not guarantee any specific item, brand, size, or category will be available. Pricing reflects condition, brand, demand, and category benchmarks.

Donations are accepted during posted hours at our drop-off point. We can decline items that do not meet quality standards, are recalled or hazardous, or fall outside what we can sell. Accepted donations become our property and cannot be reclaimed.

Consignment lets you sell through our shop for an agreed percentage of the sale price. Commission rates, display periods, price reduction schedules, and return procedures for unsold items are in a separate consignment agreement.

We may also run clothing swaps, upcycling workshops, school supply drives, and partnerships with local shelters. Program participation is voluntary with its own specific terms.
