Introduction and Acceptance
Purchasing our products, visiting our farm, participating in any agritourism activity, or entering into a wholesale supply arrangement means you accept these terms.
We operate an agricultural business producing crops, livestock products, or both for direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and value-added retail channels. Our farming practices and any certifications (organic, free-range, regenerative) are described on our website and product labeling.
These terms cover farm stand sales, farmers market transactions, CSA (community supported agriculture) memberships, wholesale supply, U-pick operations, farm tours, and event hosting on our property.
Farms are working environments with inherent risks including uneven terrain, agricultural machinery, livestock, electric fencing, irrigation equipment, and exposure to natural elements. All visitors must follow posted safety rules and farm staff instructions at all times.
Scope of Services
Farm products are sold seasonally based on growing cycles, harvest schedules, and livestock production timelines. Our availability calendar is published on our website. We cannot guarantee availability of any specific product at any time, as agricultural output depends on weather, soil conditions, pest pressure, and natural variability.
CSA memberships provide a weekly or biweekly share of seasonal produce (and, where applicable, eggs, dairy, or meat) delivered or available for pick-up over a defined season. CSA members share in the farm's abundance and risk. Shares vary week to week based on what is harvested. Specific items cannot be guaranteed.
U-pick operations allow visitors to harvest produce directly in designated fields during published hours. Pricing is by weight or volume as posted at the field entrance. U-pick visitors must stay within marked areas, use provided containers, and follow harvesting instructions to protect the plants.
Farm tours, school visits, and event hosting are available by arrangement. Tour safety briefings are mandatory. Event hosting requires a signed venue agreement covering capacity, facilities, liability, and cleanup responsibilities.
Acceptable Use
Follow all posted safety rules and farm staff directions. Do not approach, feed, or touch livestock unless specifically invited during a supervised tour. Keep to designated visitor areas. Children must be supervised at all times. No smoking on the property.
Intellectual Property
Our farm brand, product labels, educational content, and marketing materials are our property. Photography of our farm for personal use is welcome. Commercial photography or filming requires written permission.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnities
Visitors assume the risks inherent in visiting a working farm. Our liability is limited to our insurance coverage. We are not liable for injuries from failure to follow safety instructions, allergic reactions to natural farm environments, or CSA share variability inherent in the agricultural model.
